About Us
Who are the owners?
We are a 501c3 non profit. There are no individual owners. Our parent company is Connect Rome, a Christian Church in Rome. Connect Rome is not receiving any of the proceeds for the coffee shop.
How does it work?
Simple. You, the customer, visit us, The Nest. You purchase, let's say, a caramel macchiato. Me, the volunteer barista, makes you drink perfectly and hands it to you with a smile. You, the satisfied customer, pay me $3.48 for your beverage and place the change in our tip jar. We take that money you just gave us and throw it right back into the community. All tips are community donations and all profits made off drinks are donated as well. That's why we're The Nest, and we serve the best.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Who doesn't these days? Our WiFi is free, fast, and we have desk seating with power outlets and plenty of extension cords.
How can I help The Nest?
The best way to support us is coming out and having a drink. If you would like to take it a little further, we are always accepting volunteer applications. Visit our volunteer application page to apply.
When do you host live music?
Great question. Live music is every Saturday night from eight to eleven. Check our events page for more info.
Can my band play at The Nest?
Shoot us an email telling us about your style, fans, and favourite coffee drink and we'll see what we can do.

Yeah, ads are annoying. But, the ads on this site help to pay for our webhosting, thus we don't have to pay it. That means more money gets to go to charity since we don't have to worry about paying for this website. So, give the ads a click and keep the site's lights on.
